InQutech LLC · Updated October 21, 2026

1. Scope

This notice covers the InQutech LLC company website and support form. InQutech LLC is based in Edison, New Jersey, United States. The website introduces our technology and marketing work and upcoming Android apps. This policy updates the earlier website privacy policy and describes the current inqutech.com website. The current site does not offer public account registration, public blog comments, or online checkout. Staff sign-in and private support-ticket access are separate from public account registration.

2. Visiting this website

These pages do not include advertising or optional analytics. The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting, security, and access-control services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and language preferences, referring and requested pages, request dates and times, and authentication data to deliver and protect the site. The website and support form are public. Access to the staff dashboard is restricted to the authorized owner. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for those services.

3. Support and privacy requests

The support form collects your name, email address, selected product, subject, message, and consent to use those details to respond. Your ticket, messages, status, and related delivery records are saved in the support database so InQutech can respond through its owner-only staff dashboard. The form does not accept attachments. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, private recordings, full VINs, or other sensitive information. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or provide support without the details needed for your request. Submitting a support request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

The support form uses Cloudflare production Turnstile protection, which receives browser and network information for verification. Our server validates the challenge token; it does not send your support message or email address to Turnstile.

Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) processes transactional email for support confirmations, support replies, and internal notifications. Email processing can include recipient addresses, reply content, secure ticket links, and delivery metadata. When you reply by email using the instructions in a support message, email-receiving services and our authenticated support processor handle your sender address, message, and routing information and save the accepted reply to your ticket. Please follow the reply instructions in each email; you can also use the secure ticket portal. Read Amazon Web Services’ privacy notice for its services.

A confirmation email provides a secure link to confirm your email address and access your conversation. Keep your ticket reference and any secure link shown after submission. Saving a request or queuing an email does not confirm delivery; check the form’s status and your spam folder if an expected email has not arrived. Keep ticket links confidential, and do not forward them to anyone who should not access your conversation.

4. Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser and returned to a website on later requests. Secure cookies protect submissions and access to your ticket. Your private ticket link grants access to that conversation; keep it confidential. Technical abuse-control records include hashes used for rate limiting and challenge replay protection. Hosting, security, and staff sign-in services may also use cookies for their functions.

We do not add website advertising cookies or optional analytics trackers to these pages. You can use your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may prevent support submissions, private-ticket access, staff sign-in, or security verification from working. The linked provider privacy notices explain their services.

5. How we use, share, and protect information

We use information as needed to operate and protect the website, respond to inquiries, deliver support, troubleshoot problems, and maintain related records. We collect the details needed for the interaction you choose rather than requesting unrelated personal or financial information.

InQutech does not rent or sell personal information collected through this website. Information is shared with the hosting, security, and email service providers identified above as needed to deliver those services. Where personnel or contractors work on our behalf, access is limited to information needed for that work. The current support dashboard remains restricted to the authorized owner. The providers’ linked notices explain their own processing.

We may disclose information when required by law, a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of InQutech, website users, or others, or to investigate abuse or fraud.

Support conversations are not public. We will ask your permission before publishing identifiable content from a private request. General guidance or aggregated summaries must not reveal your identity or private support content.

We use safeguards such as HTTPS, secure cookies, and restricted staff access to help protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep ticket links confidential and review information before sending it.

6. Aggregated statistics

We may compile aggregated operational statistics, such as support-request counts, to understand service use. Any summaries we publish or share must not identify individuals or reveal private support content. This does not mean that optional visitor analytics or advertising trackers are installed on the current website.

7. International processing and business transfers

InQutech is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in countries where they operate, which may be outside your home country and may have different privacy laws. See the linked provider privacy notices for their processing practices.

If InQutech or substantially all of its assets is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar business transfer, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any transfer remains subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments made when the information was collected.

8. Retention and your requests

Tickets, support messages, and related records remain in the support database until deleted; no automatic deletion period is promised. Use the support form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared directly, and put “Privacy request” in the subject. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion. Do not submit identity documents. Copies you shared with other services are managed separately.

9. Android app privacy

Each app has its own privacy information. An app’s data handling can differ from this website, including its advertising, device storage, backups, and Google Play integration.

10. Questions and changes

Contact InQutech LLC through the support form or call 732-603-1809. We will update this notice when the website’s functionality or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described in the updated notice, with additional notice or consent where required by law. An update does not retroactively authorize materially different uses of previously collected information without any notice or consent required by law.
